Monroe First is dedicated to the glorious and grace-filled Mission of Jesus Christ and to the Glory of God. We here at Monroe First truly thank God for the blessed opportunity to serve the City of Monroe, the greater Walton County area and beyond in Christian ministry. Monroe First United Methodist Church has been faithful to the call of Jesus Christ for over 180 years – and is spiritually attentive and purposeful to fulfilling our God-inspired ministry efforts to this day and well into the future. It is the prayerful purpose of Monroe First to worship God by His Spirit and through the Good News of the Gospel message. It is our mission to share and spread the love of Jesus Christ in true Christian Fellowship with all those we encounter, and to reach out into our community and even the world with the love of God in Christ.
